Please note that credit card payments for “Venice for” are collected by TREKKSOFT AG, Hauptstrasse 15, 3800 Matten, Switzerland (“TREKKSOFT”). Therefore, TREKKSOFT will appear as “Venice for" on your credit card statement for the payment of this booking. The domain where you enter and process your payment is owned and operated by TREKKSOFT.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF “Venice for”
By booking and paying for a tour with “Venice for”, you agree to and accept the following terms and conditions. This agreement is between you, the participating passenger (henceforth referred to as “participant”) and MAY Srl, Santa Croce 466b, 30135 - Venice, Italy (henceforth referred to as “Venice for”).
1. BOOKING AND PAYMENTS
1.1 To make a booking on any “Venice for” tour, you must agree to the terms and conditions listed below, and provide payment in full. “Venice for” accepts a booking on the understanding that full payment has been collected and held either by “Venice for” directly, or by one of our authorized sales agents or partners. Credit card payment needs to be recorded as paid to TrekkSoft. Subsequently, it is TREKKSOFT A “Venice for” will appear on the participant's credit card statement in a case of an online transaction/purchase.
1.2 Upon confirmation of your booking and receipt of full payment, subject to availability and at the discretion of “Venice for”, “Venice for” will reserve your place on the selected tour. It is the responsibility of the participant, to check the accuracy of the booking and the dates of travel.
1.3 Upon confirmation of your booking, “Venice for” will issue you a confirmation number and/or e-ticket. This confirmation number is required for participation in the selected tour.
2. TOUR DESCRIPTION
2.1 Unless otherwise stated in the tour description, “Venice for” provides walking themed tour / experience around the city of Venice discovering contemporary art, design and architecture itineraries.
2.2 All “Venice for” tour include a tour leader to guide you throughout the duration of the experience. The tour leader will provide you with basic information concerning the walking tour from one stop to another.
3. CONTRACTING PARTIES
3.1 The booking conditions detailed herein contain the entire contract between you and “Venice for”. No representation, term, warranty or condition can be expressed or implied by reference to any other writing, advertisement or conversation.
3.2 Your contract is with “Venice for”. “Venice for” reserves the right to nominate to you in writing any other company or person to have the benefit of some or all of the provisions of this contract, which “Venice for” may then specify, as if you had agreed to the provisions concerned directly with that company or person.
3.3 “Venice for” acts as a booking agent and contracts directly with museums and restaurants. All bookings with carriers and other service providers are subject to their terms and conditions and limitations of liability. It is important to note that some of these limit or exclude liability in respect of death, personal injury, delay and loss or damage to baggage. “Venice for” cannot accept any responsibility for any loss as a result of such actions or as a result of any act or omission of any such third parties.
3.4.By booking and paying for a tour with “Venice for”, you agree to and accept the following terms and conditions. This agreement is between the participant and “Venice for” Santa Croce 466b Venice, Italy.
3.5 Technical organization is provided by “Venice for” - Santa Croce 466b, 30135 Venice, Italy.
4. PASSENGER RESPONSIBILITIES
4.1 It is your responsibility to make sure you have a valid passport, and all necessary visas, permits or certificates on your person for your selected trip. “Venice for” is not liable for any problems, delays or denied entry in the event you are not in possession of valid travel documents.
4.2 You agree to comply with the authority of “Venice for”, and the locals laws and regulations, including customs and foreign exchange restrictions. If you do not comply with said reservations, you will be asked by the “Venice for” to leave the tour. You are not eligible for refunds under such circumstances.
4.3 There may be times when “Venice for” must make a decision for the safety and/or the best interests of the group. It is a condition of booking that you comply with the authority and decisions of “Venice for”. If you do not comply, or if in the opinion of “Venice for” you are not compatible with the general enjoyment of the group or the smooth operation of the tour, “Venice for” reserves the right to refuse to allow you to continue with the tour. You agree that “Venice for” has the exclusive right to dispel you from a tour at any time, without any claims or complaints by you against “Venice for”. In such a case “Venice for” will not be liable for any refund, compensation, or additional costs incurred by you.
4.4 It is your responsibility to meet the tour leader by “Venice for” at the correct time and location for departure. In the event you miss a planned departure, any extra costs incurred are paid by you. Participants who miss a departure time due to delay or cancelation of incoming transportation, or for other reasons, are not entitled to a refund. It is your responsibility to check in with “Venice for” 15 minutes prior to the specified departure time. Due to the nature of the services provided, “Venice for” will not be liable if any service departs or arrives later than the specified time. 4.5 “Venice for” may not be held responsible for your personal belongings. It is your responsibility to look after your belongings yourself. “Venice for” cannot be held responsible for loss, theft or damage to any of your personal belongings, regardless of the circumstances.
4.6 The products offered by “Venice for” are walking tour experience. “Venice for” cannot offer constant special attention or assistance should you have any physical disability requiring such attention.
4.7 You agree that “Venice for” may take photographs and films of you while you are participating on a “Venice for” trip. You agree that these images may be used for marketing purposes by “Venice for”. These images may be used in, but are not limited to, brochures, websites, print media and promotional videos. These images may be used for publicity and advertising without “Venice for” obtaining further consent or payment for the use of the images.
5. INSURANCE
5.1 There is no insurance included in the cost of any “Venice for" tour or package, ticket, or product.
5.2 “Venice for" highly recommends that you purchase your own travel insurance that covers all the events. “Venice for" strongly recommends that you are covered by a comprehensive insurance policy which includes: personal accident, medical expenses, personal baggage, money and civil liability.
7. WEATHER, ENVIRONMENTAL AND POLITICAL CONDITIONS
7.1 “Venice for" may not be held responsible for any delay, deviation, or cancellation due to weather conditions. No trip may be cancelled or changed by you at any time on the basis of weather conditions.
7.2 “Venice for" may not be held responsible for delays due to labor disputes, border problems or other political factors.
7.3 “Venice for" may not be held responsible for delays due to mechanical failure, or other issues that may arise and are outside of our control.
7.4 “Venice for" may not be held responsible in case of inability on the part of the partners to welcome the guests of the tour (eg: illness, extraordinary closures) involving variations relating to some stops.
8. CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES
8.1 Vouchers / Gift Certificates are non-refundable.
8.2 Cancellation/change of a booking by you must be made in writing or via email to “Venice for” prior to the day of departure.
The following cancellation policies apply:
A. Up to 72 hour prior to departure cancel for any reason and receive a 100% refund.
B. Up to 48 hours prior to departure cancel for any reason and receive 50% refund.
C After 48 hours before departure, 100% of the cost of the tour will be withheld.
9. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY POLICY
9.1 The separate data protection and privacy policy declaration on the “Venice for” website applies.
10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
10.1 This Agreement and any disputes or claims arising out of, or in connection with its subject matter are governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with the Italian Laws.
11. SEVERABILITY CLAUSE
11.1 Should one of these provisions be ineffective, this does not result in the ineffectiveness of the entire terms and conditions, unless it can be assumed that they would not have been concluded without the ineffective part.
12. CHANGES
12.1 The organizer reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The version of the terms and conditions current at the time the contract is concluded applies.
13. HEALTH AND COVID - 19
13.1 To participate in the tours it is required to be in good health. You are required to inform “Venice for" of any health problems and / or allergies or food intolerances.
13.2 It is mandatory to wear a mask throughout the duration of the itineraries, with the exception of people with disabilities that are not compatible with the continued use of the mask.
13.3 Participants must comply with the requirements of the health regulations in force at the time of the tour (e.g. body temperature does not exceed 37.5 degrees, declaration of status, use of the mask, etc.).
